Summer Fun and Happenings at the Ah-Tah-Thi-Ki Museum

Museums are cool, really cool, we are talking fun historical artifacts and cultural exhibits surrounded by air-conditioning! Beat the Florida heat this summer and get to know the first people of this land, the Seminole Tribe of Florida.

New Animal Exhibits & Enhancements Made to Ah-Tah-Thi-Ki Museum, Billie Swamp Safari & Big Cypress RV Resort & Campground!

The Museum recently closed for a six-week renovation; the ceiling was painted, exhibits were refurbished and a reopening celebration was held on Indian Day, Sept. 25.

Museum Goes Inside out for Annual Art Celebration

Ah-Tah-Thi-Ki Museum was open for busy days Nov. 6-7, but visitors also packed the parking lot, chickee village and nearby field for the venue’s 18th annual American Indian Arts Celebration. Nearly 1,800 turned out for the two-day happening that heralded everything Seminole plus artists and performers from other Tribes.
