FLORIDA EVERGLADES ANIMAL EXHIBITS

All visitors are welcome to stroll the grounds and enjoy many of the displays and exhibits for entertainment in our Florida Everglades Safari park. Here, you will find bird and reptile exhibits, alligator pits, and African spur thighed tortoises. We even have a Florida Panther named Liberty. She has the largest captivity enclosure in South Florida.

Take a walk down our quarter mile boardwalk nature trail that goes deep into the swamp under the cypress domes. Afterwards, visit our authentic Seminole village with native Seminole chickees and walk out to waters edge for a breathtaking view of the Florida Everglades.

 

FLORIDA EVERGLADES LIVE ALLIGATOR SHOW

Alligators are exciting and mysterious, and a Florida Everglades entertainment favorite!

There’s no better way to get up-close and personal with alligators than to watch one of our professional alligator handlers put on a live alligator show right in front of you. Our expert handlers educate visitors on all aspects of these creatures of the swamp including:

  • Demonstration of the power and beauty of these magnificent creatures
  • Expert knowledge of alligators
  • Entertaining handling techniques

 

FLORIDA EVERGLADES CRITTER SHOW

Have a seat in the shade in Fort Critter and enjoy a Wildlife Critter Show in this uncaged entertainment presentation. Billie Swamp Safari visitors guests can experience a once-in-a-lifetime animal encounter in a small setting, located right in our compound. Get up-close and personal with some of the most interesting wildlife! Animals ranging from reptiles to mammals. Our expert Florida Everglades handlers provide a fun and educational experience for the entire family.

 

FLORIDA EVERGLADES LIVE SNAKE SHOW

Brave through an up close presentation, and learn about venomous and non-venomous snakes in the air-conditioned Billie Swamp Safari Theater. Our Everglades Snake show is a great opportunity for finally getting over your fear of snakes. Our trained handlers will share important information on what snakes to look out for while exploring the Florida Everglades.
