Two Big Events Return to Big Cypress Reservation This Fall
With Labor Day weekend upon us, summer has come to an unofficial end. Fall is wonderful time of year in the Florida Everglades, and a busy time for Florida Seminole Tourism with two major events on the horizon. First, it wouldn’t be Halloween in the Florida Everglades without Billie Swamp Safari’s Swamp of Horrors. This annual event is scary Halloween fun, highlighted by a haunted swamp buggy ride that may have you asking to “turn back now.” The following weekend we get even busier with our 21st Annual American Indian Arts Celebration. Hosted by the Ah-Tah-Thi-Ki Museum, this event continues to grow each year with fantastic art attractions, music, dance and more. Both events are just about an hour from Broward, Dade, Collier and Hendry counties. Make sure to get them on your calendars. We hope to see you there!
